The G-Ubivis XEA requires no external power supply, making it ideal for retrofitting doors when structural modifications or additional construction work are not permitted, or when exit requirements have changed.
In case of emergency, the hold-open function in the slide channel automatically releases, and the door is shut by the mechanical door closer. The hold-open is engaged manually without the need for special equipment.
The G-Ubivis XEA model includes the arm, guide rail, electromechanical hold-open, smoke detector, battery, panel, fastening bolts, and end caps.
The battery life is up to 16 months, and it must be replaced as part of the annual maintenance.
The device is equipped with an LED to monitor the operation of the smoke detector.
