The CBR-2 PRO series cylinders from dormakaba offer patented, reliable protection against forced entry, confirmed by a certificate assigning it Class 4 burglary resistance. Spool-shaped driver pins effectively withstand attempts to open the lock with picks. Security is provided by six brass pins in the coding section of the cylinder.
The durability and stable operation of the cylinders are ensured by high-quality materials that are used to manufacture them. The body, insert, pins, thumbturn, and keys are all made of brass. The set includes reversible dimple keys with a plastic head and a 14 mm key neck. Five keys that are 2.4 mm thick are included.
The keying security of cylinders exceeds 15,000 combinations, and their reliability reaches 100,000 cycles. It is possible to create keyed-alike systems, central locking master key systems, and master key systems.
